Processing & Shipping Time

• Processing Time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging take 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to your location:

• UAE Local Delivery: 5-10 business days.

• International Delivery: 5-10 business days (customs clearance may cause delays).

Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery timelines are estimates. Time shall not be considered of the essence. Order delivery may face delays during promotional activity, sale season and public holidays. We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your Order or you request postponement. It is your duty to ensure appropriate access for deliveries. Please note the courier may make up to four phone calls to book the delivery time slot with you and will make up to three attempts to deliver to you before your Order will be cancelled.

International Shipping

• International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

• Customs policies vary by country, and any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Fees & Returns

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• If you refuse a shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any refund or credit issued.

Washing

• Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold or lukewarm water 30–40°C (86–104°F).
• Use mild, liquid detergent. Avoid bleach or fabric softeners—they weaken the fibers.
• Wash with similar colors and avoid overloading the machine to prevent wrinkles. 

Drying

• Air dry flat or on a hanger for best results. Avoid direct sunlight to preserve color.
• If using a dryer, tumble dry on low and remove promptly to minimize creasing. 

Ironing (if needed)

• Iron while the fabric is slightly damp using a medium to high heat setting.
• Use steam or a spray bottle for stubborn wrinkles.
• For a natural, relaxed look, you can skip ironing—linen wears wrinkles well!
