HOW TO MAKE AN ONLINE RETURN

Ensure your item(s) qualify for a return (see returns policy below).

Click 'Make A Return' on the home page and follow the steps.

Re-pack the item with labels and tags still attached, ready for collection.

Items will be collected within 3 working days.

UAE returns are FREE (1 free collection per order; additional collections are charged at 20 AED per pickup).
ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY (UAE)
Products must be returned unused and in the original box/packaging in which they were delivered. Any product that has been used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted or be eligible for a return.
Please retain your original receipt/proof of purchase and all documentation and packaging to fulfill the return eligibility.
It must be noted that ROYAL MESS reserves the right to refuse the return of any products that do not meet the return and refund eligibility criteria stated below .

Full Refund: Available within 14 days for online card payments only.

Store Credit Refund: Applies to cash or card payments made on delivery.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items & swimwear.

Condition of Returns: Items must be unworn, in sellable condition, with original tags attached and hygiene stickers (for swimwear) still applied. Items that are damaged, soiled, or have strong scents (including perfumes) will NOT be eligible for a refund and can be refused.

Processing Time: Card refunds take 7-14 days to be credited back to the original payment method, after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).

Exchanges:

One Free Exchange is offered to UAE customers (valid for size swaps of the same item).

Additional exchanges of the same item are charged at 15 AED per collection & delivery.

Different style exchanges require a new purchase. Select 'cash on delivery,' and your previous item’s value will be deducted upon delivery once the exchange is collected and approved.

Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.

Email info@royalmess.ae to request a return and receive the return address.

International return costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of faulty or damaged items. Contact us for assistance in finding a cost-effective return method.

Returns must be sent using a tracked delivery service, and tracking details must be emailed to us at info@royalmess.ae.

Clearly state "Return" when booking with your courier to avoid customs issues.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns sent without a tracked courier service.
